Specialisation is the key to success for a modern commercial attorney. When admission to the bar has been granted, we make a plan for additional training and specialisation together with the attorney. The course of specialisation may include supplementary training in foreign universities or expatriation with our collaboration partners throughout the world.

In Rønne & Lundgren specialisation goes hand in hand with commercial development. It is our aim that our attorneys in time shall build up their own client portfolio. Our attorneys are given latitude to this development and support through acquisition training and coaching.

The attorney training is very versatile and can take you far. We have an open and honest dialogue on a current basis with our attorneys about their future, whether they are working towards partnership or a specialist attorney.

Our attorneys are paid on an individual basis during the first year. We believe this to be fair, since not all attorneys develop in the same way, and since an individual attorney may have specific prioritisations.
